Meet Shingai, Head Trainer of Fit Giants

I have always been an active person. I had no problems putting my body on the line until I injured my right shoulder due to repetitive use and had to stop the very physical job I was doing at the time. At that point I made a decision to get my qualifications as a personal trainer.

During my first 2 years as a trainer I dealt with my injuries and from that I became interested in Post Rehab Training and Injury Prevention, which I have focused on for the last 5 years. I understand and empathize with people that are living with pain and are frustrated by their injuries and my goal is to help them get better and implement a strategy to keep them healthy.

I am here to teach you how to build a strong foundation in order to prevent injury and to be able to do activities that you love whilst also building a fit and strong body.
