During my first 2 years as a trainer I dealt with shoulder and back injuries and from that I became interested in post rehab training and Injury Prevention, which I have focused on for the last 8years.My goal is getting people to MOVE well and to educate my clients so they can understand what is happening with their bodies and from there, we can start to create better habits
